# Demand Gen / Growth Marketer

Build the marketing function from scratch: campaigns, funnel analytics, creative automation and outreach to life science teams.

At **Amass**, we build scientific intelligence infrastructure that helps life science teams find, connect and synthesize evidence across papers, trials, patents and regulatory sources. Backed by **Giant Ventures, KOST Capital and EIFO**, we're hiring our first **Demand Generation / Growth Marketer** to shape how we reach, convert and retain customers.

You'll **build the marketing function from scratch**, from campaigns and funnel analytics to creative automation and outbound.

## What you'll do

-   Design and run full-funnel demand-gen experiments across channels (LinkedIn, email, communities, events, partnerships, etc.)
-   Build our early growth stack (CRM, attribution, automation and content ops), with AI tools you already use
-   Turn scientific stories into assets that perform (landing pages, newsletters, case studies, short videos)
-   Work with the founders and BD on positioning, messaging and outbound
-   Define the metrics you're measured on (activation, retention, LTV/CAC) and scale what works
-   Grow into a leadership role as the commercial team expands

## You might be a fit if you

-   Have 2–5 years' experience in growth, demand gen, or marketing at a SaaS, AI, or life-science-related company
-   Like data and experiments, and can tell a story scientists care about
-   Are fluent in modern tools (Attio, Figma, Webflow, Notion, GPTs, Claude etc.)
-   Build _with_ AI: you write prompts, automate and prototype instead of writing briefs
-   Want to grow into a Head of Marketing / GTM role and shape how Amass reaches its market
