## How Amass works inside Copilot

Amass structures and cross-links literature, clinical trials, patents, genes, drugs and regulatory documents. In Copilot it runs as a data source over the same MCP as in Claude and ChatGPT, so the answers keep their sources: trial answers link to ClinicalTrials.gov, paper answers to PubMed.

Does this replace the Amass app?

No. Amass also works in its own app, through the API and through the MCP in Claude and ChatGPT. Microsoft Copilot is one more way in to the same scientific intelligence.

What do I need to get started?

Will I need help from our IT team?
